Father's Day

Spent Father's Day fishing with my husband, kids and my in-laws.  We had a fantastic time and caught lots of fish!  I did a layout for my father-in-law of his camaro.  It is done in Theresa Collins cored texturized papers.  They were great for this layout, very masculine and fitted the colors perfectly.  Tim Holtz sizzix dies (gears) were perfect done in metal.  Also used some Tim Holts embellishments.  Lots of sanding and distressing and ta-da.  He loved it!

Cards

Here are a couple of cards that I designed using Close To My Heart papers, stamps and embelishments.  I used the You and Me and the Lucky paperpacks and the Chairs To You and the Enjoy Life stamp sets.  A little hemp and a few wodden buttons and there we have it!  We are making these cards tomorrow evening at my place to kick off my workshop business.  Hope to see you all there.

Just starting up!!! Made some great cards today and got a lot of inspiration looking at product and such on line. I am going to try to post some pics of my creations within the week and will see where we go from there :) Wow a blog what an exciting new world!
